I am Blue387 of Daily Kos. I am a Democrat from New York and I support Sean Maloney for attorney general and Eliot Spitzer for governor.
I was doing some thinking the other day.
The state of Florida moved their primary date from March 11 to January 29 and, in response, Howard Dean and the DNC stripped the power of the state's 210 delegates. In the hindsight of Super Tuesday, the Florida debacle has hurt Hillary Clinton more than helped her despite her landslide win on January 29.
With the close delegate totals between Clinton and Obama, a Florida primary scheduled for February 12, 19 or 26 would be much more important for the two campaigns. Let us assume for a moment that the Florida primary was held on February 12, 19 or 26 with a two way race between Obama and Hillary as we see now with delegate counts.
